Tangent at Rx1,y1 when point R is on the circle x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0 can be written as 

xx1+yy1+gx+x1+fy+y1+c=0.

Tangent at O will be 

-x+0-2y+0=0 x+2y=0

Tangent at P will be 

x1+5+2y-x+1+5-2y+2=0

5x=5+5x=5+1 and y=-5+12

So Q5+1,-5+12

Length of tangent L=OQ=6+25+3+52=52+522=5+52

We know area of triangle OPQ =RL3R2+L2

Here, radius of circle R=5

So area=5×5+5235+5+522

=52×125+75+755+5520+25+105+5=52200+80550+105

=5220+855+55-55-5=52100-205+405-4020=53+52=5+352
