2x+1- 2x-1=1    ...1

⇒2x+1+2x-1-24x2-1=1

 ⇒4x-1=24x2-1

 ⇒16x2-8x+1=16x2-4

⇒8x=5

 ⇒x=58 which satisfies equation 1.

So, 4x2-1=34
